Villa Avlaki
A cliff-top haven that watches over the Aegean — five suites, an infinity pool, and the slow hush of a Cycladic summer.
Collection Essential
A stone house, perched on the edge of the Aegean.
Perched on the rugged cliffs of Sifnos, Villa Avlaki is a quiet, sun-warmed home that watches over the deep blue of the Mediterranean.
The brown and ochre tones of the stone facade settle into the landscape. Inside, the Cycladic whitewash becomes the backdrop for a quiet inventory of travels — Mexican crosses above the beds, Ivorian chairs, Moroccan urns, ceramics from Studio Ebur. The Mediterranean as home port, the world as carry-on. Every room opens to the sea, and to a terrace built for long, unhurried lunches.

The hosts
A house found by chance, kept in the family.
Daphné and Clément found Avlaki on a holiday. They drew the renovation plans on PowerPoint, opened the terrace to the sea, and filled the rooms with pieces from years of travel. Six months of work, a clifftop home — and a place that has been theirs, and yours, since the first summer.
Guest book
A breathtaking view, a home that breathes — we shared unforgettable moments here with our children and friends. — Jeanne Julie V., July 2025
